Always Changing Something

I have switched over to xfce from kde4 because plasma is extremely unstable on my box for some reason. It crashes, and won't come back up unless I delete the .kde/.kde4 settings folder. So I have switched.

That isn't the only thing that made me switch, but it was the last straw. I have been wanting to switch to a gtk window manager/desktop environment for a while but I hate gnome and I have just be procrastinating. I will try out kde4 at a later date but for now, xfce is faster and is serving its purpose quite well.

I would love to switch my media pc over to Linux from XP, but since abc and the other networks decided to use a windows only media player (until hulu gets the shows I want) I can't. Flash isn't very good quality in full screen either in Linux, but I may be able to tweak that one day when I get time.

Anyway, back to my customization of xfce.
